Minimum Doggie Daycare or Day/Overnight stay for cats and small dogs is $27.50 per pet, and medium & large dogs $30.00
Complimentary Dog Hydrobath included, so your pets are fresh and clean before heading home.

CHANGE OF PICK UP TIME - Please call early (day before) to make sure that their bath can be scheduled

The first day is charged as Day 1 - regardless of whether you arrive morning or afternoon.
The new day begins after 11am, similar to how motels charge, so pets picked up after 11am will incur an extra day's fee's

Public Holidays & School Holidays incur a 10% surcharge additional to standard rates
All Bookings for School Holidays require a 10% (of the total boarding cost) non refundable deposit to be paid before any booking will be confirmed.
Any customers wishing to pick up their pets earlier than the booked date advised, will incur an extra day's charge.
This is due to the fact that other customers have been denied a boarding vacancy as your pets have been booked in for those dates.
Grooming by booking only. This service is not offered during peak holiday periods.
Please advise if your pets have special needs, medication or dietery requirements AT TIME OF BOOKING aswell as full details and instructions given to attendant at reception, at time of drop off. We need to know exactly what your pet requires, to provide the great care that we do.

In winter, feel free to bring your pets' own doggy coats, to make them feel more at home, please mark them with their name
